Initialize Controller
resends any initial setup information to an interface device. For example for a CM11 the EEPROM memory will be erased. Can be used to clear up any problems that might get stuck in an interface. As of version 9.1 this can also be used to send the reboot command to the RadioThermostat device.
Usage:
initialize controller (text, name of the interface)
