====Create Unit/Group====
Creates a new Unit or Group in the database.

===Usage:===
**create unit** (text, unique name for new unit)\\
**create group** (text, unique name for new group)

===Notes:===
  * Unit and Group names must be unique.
  * Units are created as pseudos with no interface selected. Other settings must be initialized via the unit class properties or other Unit editing verbs.
