====Working With Video====

The main interface to working with IP video cameras and streams in XTension is through [[:video_pitcher]] Any stream configured in VP can be inserted live into an XTension view or viewed on a [[:webremote|Web Remote]] or [[:mobilewebremote|Mobile Web Remote]] page.

For more info on working with individual cameras see the video pitcher articles on [[video_pitcher:foscam|Foscam Cameras]] and [[video_pitcher:airsight|X10’s Airsight cameras]] While those cameras have significant API support just about any IP camera should be able to get video into Video Pitcher.
