Writes the entire database back out to disk immediately. Potentially useful if you're watching your UPS power level and want to make sure every change is saved before the machine looses power.

save database

for unit (text, name of a unit to save all data for)

If you're making a lot of scripted changes to the setup of a unit you may wish to also script the writing of that data to disk. Otherwise the changes may not be written until a scheduled database backup happens, or until the app is quit. This will also save the context of any unit scripts.
